I will accept returns and refund the cost of the piece of art if returned within 30 days as long if it is returned in the exact same condition it was sent. I however will not refund shipping costs. It is your responsibility to return it to me in pristine conidtion at your expense.
I always make sure I package my pieces of art as securely and safely as I can to try to assure it arrives to its new home safely.
I send all my pieces to UK destinations via Royal Mail, 1st Class unless it is over-sized then I will use an alternative courier company.
I use Royal Mail Parcelforce Worldwide for deliveries outside of the UK.
If you wish for it to arrive to slightly quicker or would like to have a tracking number for peace of mind, this is available for a small extra fee.
Please leave a note in your order stating you would like express delivery if you require it.
